I am starting a new Raptorthon at Cedar Key, Florida – a place I have enjoyed birding, fishing, and boating for many years. As with all Raptorthons, it’s organized by the Hawk Migration Association of North America to support raptor conservation and hawk watching throughout North and Central America. My Raptorthon may also lead to establishing a new long-term Hawkwatch monitoring site at Cedar Key. My Raptorthon will take place all day, April 15, 2022, at the Cedar Key, Florida Fishing Pier – come to join us!

Please support the Cedar Key Raptorthon with a donation. All funds support raptor conservation programs at HMANA like our citizen science database, HawkCount, Junior Hawkwatcher Program, and Hawk Watch Fund (annual grants for watch sites).
